Content Policy

Last updated: June 18, 2026

This Content Policy governs what content may be generated using the Minuit API. All users must comply with this policy as a condition of API access. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and reporting to law enforcement where required.

1. Permitted Content

The following content categories are permitted for verified adult platforms and creators:

  • Consensual adult content between clearly adult characters
  • Artistic, cinematic, and creative video content
  • Fictional scenarios involving consenting adult characters
  • Educational and informational content
  • General entertainment and commercial video content

Access to adult content categories requires age verification and platform compliance attestation during onboarding.

2. Restricted Content (Requires Approval)

The following content requires explicit written approval and may be subject to additional compliance requirements:

  • Content depicting real public figures in fictional scenarios
  • Graphic violence in commercial contexts
  • Content intended for jurisdictions with specific regulatory requirements

Contact us at [email protected] to discuss restricted content approvals.

3. Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance

The following content is strictly prohibited under any circumstances and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any content sexualizing minors, including AI-generated depictions
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — deepfakes or fabricated intimate content of real individuals without consent
  • Content designed to facilitate real-world violence or terrorism
  • Content that violates applicable laws in the user's or target audience's jurisdiction
  • Content intended to harass, threaten, or harm specific individuals

4. Age Verification Requirements

Platforms using the API to generate or distribute adult content must:

  • Implement robust age verification for end users prior to content access
  • Comply with applicable age verification laws in their operating jurisdictions (including but not limited to the UK Online Safety Act, EU DSA, and US COPPA)
  • Maintain records of age verification for a minimum of 2 years
  • Provide documentation of compliance upon request

5. Content Moderation

We employ automated and human moderation systems to detect policy violations. Our systems analyze generation requests in real time. Flagged requests are blocked before generation occurs.

Enterprise customers may configure custom content policies via the API's policy configuration endpoint, within the bounds of this Content Policy.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, or if you believe your account has been incorrectly flagged, contact us immediately:

CSAM reports are forwarded to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

7. Policy Updates

This Content Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, technology, or platform standards. Material changes will be communicated to registered users with at least 14 days' notice.
